Besides the existing designs, we can also produce custom jewelry designs. With the designers’ and technicians’ support, we can assist you in creating CAD drawings with Rino or JCAD and then provide you the right quality products.
Step 1 Communication Designs
We discuss how you would like the jewelry designed to fit your style and design purpose. You can provide either hand-drawn sketches, pictures, or CAD(Computer Aided Design) rendering.
Step 2 Overall Cost Quotation
Once the design details are all confirmed, we calculate the price of producing the items, providing the purchasing overall cost, including shipping freight, or special packaging cost if in need.
Step 3 Make CAD
We will draw CAD files of the designs. It gives you the ability to see the designs before the molds are made. You can make adjustments to get it looking exactly the way you want it.
Step 4 Make Molds
We make molds of the custom designs according to the confirmed CAD files. The final sample pieces of jewelry will be cast, polished, and finished to make it ready for you to check.
Step 5 Sample Confirmation
When the samples are ready, we will send you photos and videos. We can also ship you the samples to check the quality if in need.
Step 6 Bulk Order Production
Once you approve the samples, we can proceed with the mass production.
